Music, movies, and books can be downloaded on up to 10 devices per account, five of which can be computers. In other words, iTunes Store and Apple Music are two separate things. If you have an Apple Music subscription, theres a good chance you can stream a lossless version of the same song, but it has nothing to do with songs youve bought from iTunes Store.
Family Sharing requires a personal Apple ID signed in to iCloud and iTunes. The songs you purchased in iTunes Store are not lossless, theyre only sold as 256 kbps AAC.
